Following is the Flow of information on e - campus

Admission Process

  1. Information - University Information, Courses available, Searchable by course (stream) & level, eligibility criteria, faculty profile, recognition of course with link to application form and payment gateway for payment of application processing fees à 2
  2. Application Form - Online submission of Application Form à 5
  3. Online Payment of Application Processing Fees à 4
  4. Finance Deptt: Payment Received by Finance Deptt. and receipt issued (online). Advice on Payment received sent to Admissions Deptt.à 5
  5. Admission Deptt: Application received by university admission department along with advice on Payment received from Finance Deptt. Forwarded to relevant person assigned for that course/ level. Three possibilities
    1. Application accepted à 6
    2. Application rejected à 7
    3. More Information sought à 8
  6. Application accepted: Advise on application being accepted sent to student along with advise to deposit course fees à

  1. Application rejected: Advise on application being rejected sent to student
  2. More Information sought: Mail seeking more information from student sent à On receipt of more information, again put to Point 5
  3. Student sends confirmation of joining course along with course fee à 10
  4. Finance Deptt. sends receipt of Payment received to student and advise of payment received to Admission Deptt. à 11
  5. Admission Deptt. sends student details to the relevant Study Department according to course/ level chosen à 12
  6. Study Department

  7. Study Deptt. sends course material along with assignments to student in .pdf/ .rm format, makes groups of students and assigns a teacher. Sends advice to teacher à 13 & 14
  8. Teacher plans contact schedule for the group (10 - 15 students) and also one - to - one contact - Text, Voice* and Video*
  9. Assignments & Project

  10. Assignments are submitted online to Study Deptt. - Form/ Attachment à 15
  11. Assignments are sent to concerned Teacher for evaluation à 16
  12. Teacher evaluates assignments and sends advise to Administration Deptt. for issuance of transcripts à 17
  13. Transcripts & Certificates

  14. Administration Deptt. sends transcripts to students à 18
  15. Administration Deptt. checks with Finance for a No - Due certificate and issues the Certificate/ Degree/ Diploma to student.
